How long will it take for my furniture to be delivered?

Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. For larger furniture pieces requiring a two-man delivery team, you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule a specific delivery window.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please note that a collection fee may apply for large furniture items.

Do you offer assembly services for your products?

Most of our furniture is designed for easy self-assembly with instructions included. While we do not currently offer a direct assembly service, our customer support team is available to guide you through any part of the process.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, all daals products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible orders.

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link and a unique reference number to monitor your delivery progress.
